We worked closely with the MS Therapy Centre Lothian to develop a new five-year strategy to support people with Multiple Sclerosis and other neurological conditions across the Lothians. The study involved consultation with staff, trustees, service users, and stakeholders, as well as detailed analysis of the organisation’s current and future operating context. The strategy set out the organisation’s goals for the period 2021 to 2026 and was accompanied by an action plan detailing the specific tasks and milestones required to implement the strategy.
